Livelyup is a specialized recruitment platform and consultancy connecting job seekers (“Candidates”) with hiring organizations (“Employers”) in the e-commerce and energy sectors. We act as an intermediary venue. We do not guarantee that an Employer will hire a specific Candidate, nor do we guarantee that a Candidate will be available or suitable for a specific job.<\/p>

2. Accounts and Membership<\/p>

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.<\/p>

Exclusive Access: Access to certain features of Livelyup may be restricted to approved members or “referral-only” users. We reserve the right to accept or reject any registration at our sole discretion.<\/p>

Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.<\/p>

3. User Obligations<\/p>

By using Livelyup, you agree NOT to:<\/p>

Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content (including fake CVs or non-existent job posts).<\/p>

Use the Service to scrape, copy, or duplicate user data without our express written permission.<\/p>

Solicit passwords or personally identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users.<\/p>

Bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service (including waiting lists).<\/p>

4. Intellectual Property & Content<\/p>

Your Content: You retain ownership of the CVs, job postings, and other content you upload. However, by posting content, you grant Livelyup IT Solutions a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating the Service (e.g., showing your CV to an Employer).<\/p>

Our Content: The Livelyup name, logo, and original website content are the intellectual property of Livelyup IT Solutions.<\/p>

5. Privacy & Contact Information<\/p>

Your privacy is critical to us. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, both Candidates and Employers have the option to hide contact details (email\/phone) from public view. We are not responsible for any misuse of data if you choose to make your contact details publicly visible.<\/p>

6. Limitation of Liability<\/p>

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Livelyup IT Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:<\/p>

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;<\/p>

Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;<\/p>

Any content obtained from the Service; and<\/p>

Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.<\/p>

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.<\/p>

Employers: If you apply for a job or make your profile “Public,” your CV and profile information will be visible to registered Employers on our platform.<\/p>

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).<\/p>
